Overview and Process
Uber Plus is a delivery service app for both restaurants and groceries at a low delivery price for students and busy workers. Our app also provides special discounts and promo codes for students with a tight budget as well as minimal services and amenities nearby. The app is a helpful tool to eliminate the need to leave your house and get your grocery shopping done without having to leave the house at your convenience.
The Problem
•Trust: Some users demonstrated that they can’t trust restaurants’ quality and don’t want to take risks and waste their money
•Unclear communication: To facilitate communication between restaurants, third parties (apps) and end-users, live communication should be provided so that customers can stay updated
•High delivery service fees and surcharges
•Limited Operating hours: Our target audience has an on-the-go schedule, they barely have time for grocery shopping
Target Audience and Persona
Primary: Unemployed Students, with a small budget, who use public transportation with minimal amenities in their living area.

Secondary: Adults 20-27 years old with a busy schedule, who take care of their kids and have a hard time balancing between school and work.
Tertiary: Adults 24-34 who have a busy work schedule.
The Solution

Uber Plus app will provide delivery services for both food and groceries at a low delivery fee as well as have special discounts and promos for students with a tight budget, and minimal amenities near them. The app uses a simple user interface that is similar to the existing Uber Eats so that the users are familiar with how everything works and how to navigate.
Our differentiators would be some features we set up and that most common-used delivery services are lacking or do not feature actively or intuitively such as a review page, live chat during delivery, discounts and 24/7 operating stores. Most importantly, these existing services are based on only restaurants and not groceries. So Uber Plus could be an option for people who have grocery needs with just a touch of a button.
